The Trashcan
The Trashcan or Recycle Bin is used for storing files that you
have deleted. Once you delete a file it is held in the bin for later recall
in case you decide later that you still need it. Only when the bin is emptied
or the file deleted from the bin is it permanently deleted from the PC. If
you need to bring a file back "from the dead" - if it is still in the bin
-it can be restored back to life by selecting RESTORE and the file
will be replaced back into the folder from which it was deleted.
Points to remember about Deleting:

When you first delete a file it goes to the Trashcan.

Files deleted from the Trashcan are deleted permanently.

Files can be restored from the Trashcan.

You can use the "Delete" key,right click the mouse on a file or choose "delete"
from the drop down menu to perform a deletion.
